+ Product Return Policy:

You may return an unused, unopened product(s) in the original condition/packaging for a full refund less shipping by following our Return Procedure below. Please note personal care items and fragrances are not eligible for return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, in cases of a return, you will be required to pay the return shipping costs to send an item back to us. All returns for a refund, orders canceled after they have been processed or shipped, and orders returned to us by shipping carrier as unclaimed, due to providing a non-deliverable or incorrect address, or due to refusal to accept the parcel. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied. All claims of missing, incorrect or damaged during transportation, a request must be submitted via email within 48 hours from the receiving the order.

Returns are required to have a return authorization number RMA issued by our office. To qualify you must obtain RMA # and return your item(s) within 15 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for a credit without RMA # or after 15 days from the date you received the order. When you receive RMA# the item(s) must be received by Optimize USA within 10 days but no later than 15 days from the date you received the order. If we do not receive returned products within 10 days after RMA# is issued this number will expire, and you need to qualify for a new RMA#.

+ Shipping Method & Procedure:

We ship all orders by USPS Priority Mail (3-4 business days). Usually, all orders are processed within 48 hours. Please note, that customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If the order is returned to us due to a non-deliverable address provided by the customer the shipping cost is not refundable.

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for returned items due to undeliverable address. We time to time may change our packaging, product names, description, ingredients, appearance, products themselves, products included in the sets, or product pictures. You should use our descriptions and pictures as a reference, carefully read all product packaging, and contact us with any questions before ordering and/or using a product.

+ Tax Information:

Items ordered from Optimize USA may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. The actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.
